I also want to shout out my thanks to everyone who put on the Mask of Eros event! It was my first event too, and incredibly healing for me.

I was only able to stay two hours (my friend needed to go home and sleep) and I didn't see any of the problems that I have since seen mentioned on the tribe site. I really hope that the difficulties of this event will not keep future events from happening! It was truly a life changing experience for me. I feel a renewed sense of hope in my journey of healing and reclaiming my sexuality. I hope that the events will continue, and I would love to volunteer next time!

Thank you all.

Thank you so much everyone at the party Sat, especially those of you who organized and did all the work to make it happen. This was my first ever experience with such a thing and I can't tell you how much it helped me on my quest for shameless sexuality. All my adult life I've had these ideas of how I was supposed to express myself sexually - without ever even questioning it, isn't that silly? Following someone else's guidelines for something so obviously personal. Realizing this at 35 is quite a mind blower. Those of you advanced in this art form of sexual expression and who have achieved freedom: I could really use friends like you! I was the guy in the fedora and the trench with the white legs and black socks (aka "flasher"), you have my absolute permission to say "hey weren't you at club risque???" as loud as you like wherever we are and strike up a conversation. I have a long way to go on this journey but have committed myself to an open mind and a willing soul - I hope to meet some of you along the way. Thank you again.
